Auto Archive Not Working In Outlook 2003


Microsoft Outlook is a great application of MS Office package which is used by several professionals round the globe. It is the application using which user can easily manage and organize their confidential data in a better way. Several versions of this application have been released till now among which Microsoft Outlook 2003 has its own place and is appreciated by most of the users. But at time people encounter some serious issues with some of Outlook 2003’s ingenious features like with its Auto-Archive mechanism due to which they loose very valuable business or personal information from their PST file.   • To begin with exclude the auto-archive features from Outlook which can be done by opening the Outlook item and then choose File > Properties > Do not Auto-Archive this items option.
  • Next, change the modified date of the item to be archived.
  • After that check if the mailbox is full? If it is then just empty it a bit so that archiving can be done.
